Published hourly rate $350. Most rebuild projects quoted as fixed fee or percent of construction cost after initial scope is clear. Insurance often reimburses the design fee as a covered claim expense.
The earlier the better. Site analysis and conceptual design can start before debris is cleared. Families who engage early are further through the process and in better rebuilt homes sooner.

The first meeting answers this. We are transparent about our approach, our fees, and what we do and do not do. Not every family and every designer are matched. We would rather part clean than start an ill fitting project.
Yes, in person or digitally. Several past fire rebuild clients have agreed to tours by prospective clients. We can also share drawings (with homeowner permission) from completed projects.
Ninety minute consultation, no fee. We meet at our Camarillo office, your temporary housing, or your Pacific Palisades lot. From there, we decide together whether we are the right match for your rebuild.
