• Does David personally draw the project? Yes. There is no junior staff learning on your home. The same hand draws from first sketch to final detail.
• Is Title 24 included? Yes. All Title 24 energy compliance is handled in house at no additional consultant fee.
• What if the project scope changes? We re estimate at every phase boundary. You approve every scope change in writing before work proceeds.
